Privacy Policy

1. Summary

• The App is designed for on-device use.
• We do not require an account.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Your photos and videos stay on your device by default.
• Casting and sharing are optional and happen only when you start them.
• We do not upload your media to 100.5 servers.

2. Information the App accesses

To show your media, the App requests permission to access:

• Photos and videos on local storage (via Android media permissions)
• Media on removable / USB storage when the system makes it readable to the App

The App may also create small local caches (for example thumbnails or a temporary JPEG when sharing or casting a RAW/NEF file) on your device. These caches remain on the device and can be cleared when you uninstall the App.

While casting, the App may show a notification and run a short-lived foreground service so casting can be stopped cleanly (including when you remove the App from Recents).

3. Information we do not collect

The App does not intentionally collect, transmit, or sell:

• Your photo or video content to our servers
• Names, email addresses, or account credentials
• Precise location data
• Contacts, call logs, or SMS
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting

4. Internet, Cast, and sharing

The App may use network access for Android platform features and optional features you start:

• Local browsing of photos and videos does not require uploading files to us.
• Google Cast (phone): when you choose a Cast device, the App streams the current photo over your local Wi-Fi network to that device (for example a Chromecast or Cast-enabled TV). A temporary local connection on your phone may serve the image to the receiver. Metadata such as the photo's creation date may be shown on the TV. Casting stops when you disconnect, leave the App (finish the activity), or remove it from Recents while a cast session is active.
• Share (phone): when you tap Share, Android's system share sheet opens and you choose the destination app. The selected file (or a temporary JPEG for NEF) is provided only to the app you pick.
• Android TV preview channels: on Android TV only, recently opened folders may be published to the TV home screen using the platform TV provider APIs (no upload to us).

5. Children

The App is a general-audience media utility. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because media remains on your device, uninstalling the App removes the App and its local app data (including any thumbnail or temporary share/cast cache created by the App). Your original photos and videos on storage are not deleted by uninstalling the App.

7. Third-party services

The App does not integrate advertising SDKs or analytics services that profile users for ads. Google Play and Android system services may process limited technical information according to Google's own policies when you install or update the App.

Optional Google Cast uses Google Play services and Cast devices you select. Those services and devices process the streamed media according to Google's and the device maker's policies. Optional sharing is handled by the destination app you choose; that app's privacy policy applies to what happens next.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
